Daytime Rates: listed rates below are for 6am-9pm | Night Rates: 250/h after 9pm, then 500/h after 1am
For events ending past 9pm: We don’t charge a cleaning fee if you leave our space neat and tidy, but a 500 credit card hold is required 48 hours prior to your appointment so that if any cleaning is required to be done by us, you may only receive a partial, or no refund, depending on the time of night and extent of cleaning required..
