Is Our Studio Worth the Money?
That’s up to you to decide. Here’s why your peers choose our studio over that of our competition.
Our natural light photo studio rental includes high-quality lighting with all rentals booked directly via our website (Production lighting on C-stands and Mood Lights for Production rentals, and Mood Lights as well as folding tables and chairs for Event rentals)
Your rental is fully private—you aren’t sharing the space with other renters. We also have a private washroom & change room.
Our studio is 100% wheelchair accessible, easy to find, and TTC accessible by subway/bus/streetcar in lovely studio district.
We are furnished & fully-equipped so you can switch between lifestyle, catalogue, or content creation mode in a flash.
Our customer support is unparalleled. The majority of clients who need support get their claims resolved in under 90 seconds of calling us. We welcome video calls to help us diagnose your support claims.

Size and Layout of the Studio
Studio Dimensions: We boast a 3-massive window, 1308 square foot unit.
Ceiling Height: We’ve got 14 foot high ceilings, so you can have room to breathe while you create!
Layout Flexibility: You can re-arrange most of our furniture as you require, so long as you put everything back when you’re finished. Exceptions to this are that some items are bolted or glued to the walls/floor, and moving those is off-limits without express written permission from management.
Location and Accessibility
Proximity to Transportation: We are located at 260 Carlaw Avenue, the entrance to which has both the Southbound (from Pape station) and Northbound bus stop (from Lakeshore), as well as being within short walking distance from the Queen East 501 Streetcar.
Driving & Parking: This is also easy to do since at Dundas and Carlaw, we are just 5km outside of the city core (Yonge and Dundas). So that means, no crazy bumper to bumper traffic, and we are accessible by two highways: The Gardiner Expressway and the Don Valley Parkway (DVP).
Accessibility Features: We have multiple elevators inside the building, our unit is fully accessible, and so is our washroom.
Equipment Availability
Lighting Equipment: We’ve got natural light, as well as 3 x Paul C Buff, DigiBee800 (320Ws) pre-mounted to C-stands for your convenience, with receivers already plugged in. All you have to do is plug the lights into an electrical socket, put on the hot shoe trigger, and bam you’re ready to go! We’ve also got a ton of modifiers (scroll to the bottom of home for full list)
Backgrounds and Props: We have plenty of furniture, with multiple different sets, which are all cohesive with one another. We also offer seamless backdrops, both white or greenscreen, as well as colours also!
Camera and Lens Rentals: We choose not to offer this service as the majority of our clients already have their own production equipment, and it represents too much of a liability for us to manage. So, BYOC! Bring your own camera!
Availability and Booking
Booking Process: It’s so easy to book our space. In under a minute you can book our spot via HERE.
Availability Schedule: Need a live availability schedule? Tap HERE and select the length of package which you want. The following calendar view will show you dates, as well as the available start times for the length of package selected.
Last-Minute Bookings: We’re all for it! Best to call us before you book, just in case, but otherwise yeah, we welcome all last minute bookings, no problem!
Facilities and Comfort
Changing Rooms and Bathrooms: Fully-private, our change room & washroom is its own selfie heaven. But don’t spend too long in there, someone might be waiting to go after you. You can also use the curtains in the makeup area to section off a secondary change room.
Kitchen and Dining Areas: You’re welcome to use our kitchenette so long as you leave it nice and tidy upon your departure. We have free tea and coffee, and sometimes snacks too!
Climate Control: For summertime, we have 3 brand new, WiFi controlled, 12,000 BTU Air Conditioners inside of our unit (that’s 36,000 BTU of cooling, holy jabloney!) as well as a WiFi controlled heating system for the winter.
Privacy and Security
Studio Exclusivity: You will be the only renter in the studio during your scheduled hours. We don’t rent to multiple renters at the same time. We also don’t double book.
Security Measures: We are in a lovely, and safe neighbourhood. However, your safety is always our top priority so we encourage you to always keep our studio door closed (mandatory), and to optionally also arm the deadbolt to our studio when you are not actively entering or exiting our studio. This is to ensure that no one else can enter while you are in the studio.
Privacy Policies: We don’t share your information.
Technical Support and Staffing
Off-Site Assistance: We help all our renters via phone or video calls, and most support tickets are resolved on the spot in under 90 seconds.
Photography Assistance: If you need a photographer or studio assistant, please let us know and, pending availability, we can accommodate this request!
Cleaning and Maintenance: is done daily to ensure the highest quality rental possible for all our renters.
Studio Aesthetics
Interior Design: We want you to feel right at home in our fully-equipped studio, so we furnished it to be the best of both worlds—fully functional studio, as well as a content creation paradise.
Natural Light: We’ve got 3 massive South-facing loft windows which let in an abundance of light.
Studio Policies
Pets Policy: We allow well-behaved dogs so long as they are walked and with paws wiped prior to entering our studio. For other animals, please reach out for written permission from Management.
Smoking Policy: We do not allow any fog/haze/smoke. We may make an exception for vapes depending on the product, so please inquire via email or text for written permission from Management.
Insurance Requirements: We do not require insurance, but all renters are made aware that they are 100% responsible for their own actions and safety while they are inside of our studio, since all rentals are on an as-is basis, with reasonable precautions made to ensure the safety of our equipment. In short, if you don’t know how to use something: ask, or don’t use it. Further details regarding your liability is documented in our terms.
