About Us

Founded in 2016 by a portrait photographer who needed a high-quality space in which to shoot his headshot sessions, the studio quickly evolved into more than he could ever expect. We quickly grew to be the top-reviewed studio in Toronto, then in Canada (across all the brands owned by That Toronto Studio).

Over the years, we have acquired different brands of studios so that we could offer unique experiences to all types of commercial photographers and lifestyle and fashion photographers.

We also like to be charitable and give back, so we set up a fund where people can donate to Cecilia and Madelyn Alvarez in Costa Rica if they’d like to put their money towards a good cause.
